Faleh Hassan Almaleki "honor" kills his daughter and declares "not guilty!" of murder

Iraqi immigrant accused of killing his "too westernized" daughter
Charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and leaving the scene of a serious injury accident. 



A jury will hear opening statements today in Phoenix.

Prosecutors will say Faleh Hassan Almaleki intentionally slammed his Jeep into his 20-year-old daughter Noor Almaleki, killing her, and her boyfriend's mother in October 2009. The mother survived while Noor endured a coma for two weeks before her death.
