American Heritage Girls Founder Reveals Formula for Success at 18th Anniversary
Cincinnati, Ohio: “For an organization to grow up fast, it is essential to stay true to one’s core purpose,” says American Heritage Girls’ Executive Director and Founder Patti Garibay.
 
On September 13th
American Heritage Girls (AHG) will celebrate the 18th anniversary of its first troop meeting held in 1995.
 
The organization is dedicated to its core values of faith, service and fun and reports 30,000 members in 48 states and a 40 percent annual growth rate.
According to Garibay, the success of AHG is its laser-focused mission to serve youth while glorifying God.  “A program must remain true to its purpose and be rooted on a firm foundation,” she says.
